Citizens should be aware of a danger in the city to avoid. Many of the manhole covers are defective and do not seat properly. Walking over a manhole cover could result in the citizen falling into the sewer system or possibly the underbelly of Paradise City.

This reporter experienced firsthand falling into the sewer system and being lost for hours. During her ordeal, she saw various areas that may not be known to the common citizen including a caged fight ring, underground lake system, and possibly some secret hideouts used for creating some of the more nefarious elements of the Paradise City crime circuit.

When talking with city officials, they brushed it off stating budget cuts as the primary reason for ineffective infrastructure. The question remains is where does all the tax money go?
